The goal

The goal of this UX project was to design an intuitive, visually appealing, and trustworthy online furniture shopping experience that makes product discovery effortless, reduces decision fatigue, streamlines the browsing and checkout process, and builds user confidence through clear product information, smooth navigation, and predictable delivery expectations.

My Approach

To create a solution for online furniture shoppers, I started by understanding user challenges, including difficulty finding products, slow-loading images, unclear details, complicated checkout, and unreliable delivery.

Research & Analysis

I researched leading furniture stores and ran surveys to uncover expectations around product discovery, visuals, pricing, and delivery. Insights showed users value clear specifications, smooth navigation, and predictable checkout and delivery.

Idea Generation

Using these insights, I mapped simplified user flows to make browsing, comparing, and purchasing furniture intuitive, reducing decision fatigue and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Design & Testing

I built prototypes and tested them with real shoppers, which revealed opportunities to improve navigation, product presentation, filtering, and checkout clarity.

Iteration and Refinement
